Our rolling mills range is set out in different models: hand-operated, with bench-motor and on floor stand with 100, 120 or 160 mm rolls; it can satisfy all the rolling exigencies of small and middle-sized workshops.

Two models of wire flattening mill with interchangeable engraved rolls for engravings on metal bands and a four different pitches wire shaping rolling mill are available for your convenience.

The hand-operated models are manufactured with rolls of 100 or 120 mm in width, either for combined flat and wire or for flat or wire only, with or without reduction unit; they have a particularly sturdy cast iron or full steel structure (smaller but with same operating capacity). All their rolls are 63/65 Rockwell C hardened.

20 years ago we were the first in Italy who started manufacturing hand-operated mills with reduction unit and interchangeable side rolls for the production of half-round profiles or engraved strips.

The electric bench top rolling mills are obtained coupling a hand-operated rolling mill with a sturdy single-phase gearmotor of 1,5 HP power, exempted from maintenance.

They have forward and reverse gear and the side rollers can easily be replaced with other shapes or with engraved rolls. They are also available in the version with speed regulation, so that the rolling speed can be easily changed from 15 to 35 turns per minute.

They are provided with guards on the rolls' opening, they fully respond to the current EC safety standards.

The LM-series rolling mills are available in three different dimensions, each of them with specific features:

LM100 with 100 mm clearance cylinders, 63/65 HRC hardned, single-phase motor with a manual bearing brass speed and lubrication, this is the ideal machine for a small workshop.

LM120 with 120 mm clearance rolls, 63/65 HRC hardned, two-speeds three-phase motor and bearing brass automatic lubrication, it is indicated for workshops with a good daily manufacture of rolled sections.

LM160 rolling mill for a middle-sized workshop with a considerable amount of work. It has 160 mm clearance rolls, 63/65 HRC tempered, with steel headframes for an increased stiffness, a reduction unit with ground and tempered gears that ensure noiseless and moderate wear; it has a two-speeds three-phase motor and automatic lubrication of the bearing brass that can ensure a steady power for the whole working day.
