Our range of wax injectors, together with a set of accessories, is probably the most complete on the market and can satisfy all injection needs, from the smaller filigree until the bigger decorative item, using all kinds of wax available on the market.

As a matter of fact, we manufacture three hand-operated injectors of two different capacities, for melting temperatures up to 140°C and a fully automatic vacuum-injector for an extremely easy and intuitive use.

All the injectors are supplied with digital instruments for the temperature control and can be connected to a compressor for the air feeding.

VACUUM MASTERWAX EVO Vacuum injector with 3 kg capacity, work cycles completely managed by PLC, up to 160 storable programmes, digital adjustment of casting and injection temperatures.

The removal of the air from the mould before injecting the wax allows obtaining models that are more accurate and faithful to the original, thus remarkably reducing defective pieces to be rejected.

It can be combined with the specific pneumatic auto-clamp to assure an increased productivity and to further limit the rejects that are due to injection mistakes.

For its operation, the machine requests a small vacuum pump and a compressor.

For this injector we manufacture a wax designer bench, that can house the vacuum pump and the compressor for the operation of the vacuum injector.
