VACUUM CASTING SYSTEM
Bench top compact system for the preparation of cylinder investment and metal vacuum casting. It is composed by a two-speed investment mixer with flask chamber vibrating system and an electric furnace, whose graphite crucible has a capacity of 1 Kg of 18Kt gold.

MELTING FURNACES for mprecious metals, up to 100°C . equipped by digital thermostat and availables for crucibles of 1,2 or 3 kg capacity.

INVESTMENT MIXER for the preparation of cylinder investment, include an 8 cubic/meter vacuum pump and a flask chamber vibrating system.

Maximum flask dimensions are diam. 100x180 mm high.

VACUUM PUMPS
Noiseless and reliable vacuum pumps, which are perfectly suitable for all work cycles where it is necessary to remove the air in order to obtain a higher quality production, such as plaster coating and vacuum casting. They are available with 3-25 m³/h suction capacity and, thanks to their reduced size, they can be easily used as second installation pumps inside the existing machinery.

SILENT COMPRESSORS
Extremely silent air compressors; thank to their low noise (40db), they can be installed in any workshop.
