We manufacture three different vulcanizers suitables for every needs.

VU220 model with mm 220x150 rectangular plates, digital heater controller and timer. It has a rubber-pressing piston and it can vulcanize both organic (NBR) and silicon rubbers.

VU140 vulcanizer with round plates of 140 mm diameter, with mechanic timer and thermoregulator. This one also has a rubber-pressing piston and it is indicated for organic and silicon rubber.

VULCANAIR230 vulcanizer with mm 190x190 square plates, digital timer and thermoregulator and pneumatic movement of the heating plate.

It cannot press rubber into the mold and it is thus indicated only to press silicon.

SILICONE for producing moulds, available in four different mixtures all with great tear resistance, excellent flexibility and softness.
